Buddy graduated from Monroe North Carolina High School. Furture education came at Campbell University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.)
He has servered as a Dunn, North Carolina city council member (2004 - 2019) and Mayor Pro Tem (2014) has served people. His great finance and legal advise has been a boost to indivuals, companies and organizations.
His great wisdom and adisory comes from a vast work experience: Maness Contract Services (Accounting and Computer Consulting Services); NLST Group, Inc. (Government Contracting Support Services); Oscar N. Harris & Associates, P.A.; East Coast Support Services, Inc. (Government Contracting Services); and Carolina Freight Carriers, Inc.
Buddy has been a longtime friend of FFTV Board members Charles H. Cookman and Mark Muirhead. First coming to a Board meeting in November 2006. Then coming on the Board in 2023.
He and his wife Shelia reside in the All-American City, beloved Dunn, North Carolina.
